Donfilmore25,

Since you are planning on waiting one more year, I would also recommend the all new 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid to make your list. Ford claims it will have a 47 mpg city and 44 Hwy.
Wow! That's great! I looked at a Fusion last year, and it was nice. I have a 2006 FEH, so I don't mind buying Ford. They're the only domestic that I'd buy...The whole bailout soured me. However, the 2 Fords that I've owned have required too many repairs for my liking, so I think I'll go back to import. That's a shame. The domestics are stepping up their game though. I might consider GM eventually. I've been burned too many times by Chrysler though, so never again. Thanks for the info!

I hear what you are saying. I've had really good reliability from all of my three Toyota vehicles (one of which is a 2000 Camry with 165k miles on it); in addition, Toyota has had a great record with Hybrid technology. For that reason I chose the Camry Hybrid.
