H11 HID Conversion bulbs?
Has anyone used these bulbs yet, I believe they were $20-30 a set. Supposed to be plug and play and will not harm the original wiring. Saw them on Ebay.

$20-$30 a set, I think you get what you pay for I can't see that working, of course when they guarantee, who do you go after when your wiring or housings are burned out.
Decent hid are around $140-$150 a set.

My thoughts exactly, I have been watching the posts on HID lights. Just something I ran across and decided to look for input. I would be worried about not having ballasts for them, at least I did not see any with them in EBAY.
Anyone else have thoughts about these?

Re: H11 HID Conversion bulbs?
I believe this is the same bulb in the 2010 Prius. I just swapped mine to HID, and got it through xerayusa.com (i think that's right, but try w/o the usa if it doesn't work). I've purchased other sets on ebay before, and usually around $80 or so now and never had a problem with them. I believe the ones for $20-30/set are not true HID bulbs. Usually replacement bulbs run that much per bulb. They are probably the standard filament bulb that "look" like HID.
