Not too long ago, I had to change the tire on my car. This was actually the first time I needed to do so since getting the car new in 2007.

I got everything out only to find that the lug nut wrench was missing. Obviously since I was changing the tire for the first time, I would have taken the wrench out and forgotten to put it back. It's not with the jack or in the space with the tire. It doesn't seem to be in any space in the trunk. So, the only thing I can conclude is that it was never put in the car. How can this be?

Why would I have to purchase a wrench for the tire when it should be included?
