my TCH disappeared from the DBase?

my TCH disappeared from the DBase?
When I click the link to enter a tank, all I get is the listing of vehicles.
Wow I hope it's not lost, I am closing in on 40k miles here...
My user name is not in the TCH list, nor is the vehicle, but I see another vehicle with the description "TCH" is there, under another owner.
I think something is messed up with this board.

Yeah, I just took a look at the "Compare" Mileage & Specs section of the website. Messed up, and very non-user-friendly. I'm glad I keep my data in a scratch pad.
(If you scroll down that listing of vehicles, click on the name of the vehicle you have, like TCH if you can FIND it, and the list of cars of that type will show up, and you can look for your car. But it ain't pretty...especially the graphs.)

Yes trying your suggestion I clicked on "TCH" listed as owned by FWWally, and only his car data came up.
I guess mine is borked for now.
Can't figure why my signature still has the average; the car must still be in the DB.

What a mess. If you search for Camry, it shows up in so many variations, it's ridiculous. Good luck.
I looked for you in the lists, and no luck.
(There is a listing for an "Organic Wedgie Extreme" however. Glad all the useful data survived. *sarcasm*)
Hey, Ed...click on your signature bar. It will show your data/graph as it existed before the new "system" appeared. Save that data somewhere before it disappears:

[Maybe everyone should go save their old data, just in case]

Re: my TCH disappeared from the DBase?
Here's a link to your info, Ed - maybe you ought to see about changing your car's nickname, if you can. I'll bet that's what the problem is, and I'll bet it's a bug with the new setup. Just a hunch, from a software programmer.

Edited to say - you can edit and change your car's nickname. I'll bet anything that if you come up with a unique nickname you'll find yourself in the new database display. Give it a go! Just look for an "Edit" link.

Re: my TCH disappeared from the DBase?
Evidently the new database is not finished. I like the idea of the car names being alphabetical, making them easy to find.
I also don't understand why so many non-hybrid cars are listed. I did not find any instructions on how to use the new database site.
I did click page or file and save as, to save my past records from the old mileage database site.

Yes, I suggest to anyone that has input mileage data, they access the old mileage database, view page source (right click) and then save the source. All notes and values are in the source.
