Default Problem Starting 2012 TCH with "Ready" Light

In the last few weeks, my 2012 LE TCH will not start. All the dashboard lights illuminate (and stay on -- see picture) except for the green "READY" light. I will cycle through the power on/off with my foot on the brake to re-try and turn off the A/C, radio and headlights, but I get stuck in the same cycle of the car not powering up. The only way I have found to fix this is leave the car, wait a minute or so, then get back in and the car powers up fine with the ready light. I have just over 86k and the issue only comes up once every 20-30 times I try to start the car. I did a trickle charge to the 12V battery (an Optima Yellow Top D35) but it is only 1 1/2 years old so it shouldn't be dead yet. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I've seen Optimas be DOA, and I've seen them crap the bed in less than a year.

Load test the 12V.

Key fob battery putting out weak signal? Replace key fob battery?

How to load test the 12V? I have a voltimeter.

Amazon Amazon

or pull the battery and take it to an auto parts store.

Thanks! Does it matter that it is an AGM battery? Optima makes a big deal out of this.

No. AGM have different charge requirements (lower current and usually a lower peak voltage). They should handle 10 seconds of 100A load with no issue.

Thanks so much for the help. Went with an OEM Panasonic AGM battery today from the dealer. They took off 10% so it was $250 which came out less than the current rate on the Optima D35 at $280 on Amazon, so I'm hoping this is the solution.

Did you have it tested before replacing it? Good choice, BTW. The OEM batteries are good.
