Default Issue with Brake locking up

I have a 2005 honda civic hybrid auto tranny...my front right brake is dragging and as I push the brake it seems to drag more to the point the wheel locks up and the car no longer will move...I always stop before this happens..

I was told that I needed to lube up everything...pins and the plunger...and since I had it out I replaced the pads...that didnt help so I broke down and replaced the whole caliper...took it for a short drive and everything seemed to be normal...except that I need to bleed the brakes....but then as I was geeting back home I started to feel the drag and the brake and started to smell that brake burning smell and when I got home it was really dragging and smoke was coming off the brake...

I am at a lose as to what is going on..whats the next step...brake fluid replacement or master cylinder?

Please in ideas would be great thanks
