17inch rims on an HCHII?

Re: 17inch rims on an HCHII?
If you feel that you are capable of installing the new wheels, and can properly torque the lug nuts, then go for it.
BTW, If you go from the stock HCHII wheels to the EX wheels, you can use the existing wheel nuts, but they are not "finished" (i.e. they are open nuts and do not have a cap on them). To properly do the conversion, you should install the EX wheel nuts as well.

I may just go to a tire place then so I can buy the lug nuts too but first I want to get rid of these hybrid rims. Any ideas on how I could sell these? I've put an ad on craigslist but I have a feeling that I'm gonna have a hard time selling them there.

I Have been running these for two years now, 17 inch original Honda (just not for the Hybride). Without any problems, the dealer mounted these for me.
Sorry for the bad pick, just took ik out of my window
I use Michelin Pilot Sports 2 under these. It might effect my FE but you see should this car go round a corner!!!

Howdy bill717,
Would like to discuss taking your wheels off your hands?

i have 18" konig rims on my HCHII and they are fine, but i made sure to not change the overall diameter of the tire (aka: low profile tires). just make sure the wheels you get are designed to fit your car.
