Default Battery Pack "Reconditioned"

Bought a Reconditioned Battery Pack, multiple re-cals, IMA light came on, severe recals (1 per mile)

Checking tap voltages after sitting 12hrs:
VDelta
16.26 0.18
16.22 0.22
16.44 0.00
16.41 0.03
15.60 0.84
16.10 0.34
16.38 0.06
15.90 0.54
16.00 0.44
16.26 0.18
16.07 0.37

Total 177.64

Thoughts?

It seems the variance is large, but the voltages seem high. The SOC is 2 bars on the dash after a 12v battery reset and charge.

Thank you for your response, any elaborations? Any particular cells that stand out to you? Or since their variance is large all are different states of problems (bad mix?) I bought it local, and I have learned a lesson with my dealings. Currently in the process of educating myself to determine which direction I wish to go.

You likely bought a pack from a shyster - someone just doing the minimum amount of work and slapping crap together with no true understanding of what it takes to properly recondition a pack. Alternatively, it's someone who thinks that just cycling all the subpacks or the pack as a whole is sufficient. It almost never is.

These 3 are likely fine:
16.44 0.00
16.41 0.03
16.38 0.06

These 3 are likely okay - but they may be a problem in the next 6-12 months. They are likely good candidates for long term life with periodic grid charging:
16.26 0.18
16.26 0.18
16.22 0.22

These 4 are going to be problems within the next 1-3 months and shouldn't have been considered even remotely reasonable for a recondition:
16.10 0.34
16.07 0.37
16.00 0.44
15.90 0.54

This one is complete and total junk.
15.60 0.84

Duration estimates are just that - estimates. I could be completely wrong, but I am completely confident the 8 supacks in the last 3 groups should not be considered acceptable in a reconditioned pack with no plan of regular grid charging.

It took me 15 packs to build 3. ONLY ONE of which is what I would call a truly quality recondition, the other two were mediocre and needed grid charging at various intervals.

The only way this was acceptable is if someone just offered to recondition your pack and charge you the labor. Offered as a "take what you get" service. The problem is that these sorts of services when done in the short-term are typically not sufficient to identify the bad subpacks and can give misleading results. The combination of the labor charge + the cost to replace all the subpacks that were bad would be prohibitive - nobody wants to pay $900 in replacement parts and labor with little to no warranty, but that's the reality.
