I guess I tend to be negative on a lot of add-ons, just based on my past experience. Around the time you get the car tricked out just the way you like, it's trade-in time anyway

Ain't that the truth! I fell into that trap once. Honda must have realized this as well because they currently have an advertising campaign on right now to "mod your ride".

Well, the stubborn mule that I am.....I plan to get at least another 7 years and 3 months and 2 weeks out of this particular daily driver. Now that its paid for, I'm adding these little fog lights (also homelink, HID, complete LED light swap and OEM keyfob controlled trunk release) to keep things fresh....

Excellent way to look at it.

Not to hi-jack your thread too much, but I found a work around on the "no heat" issue from my honda. It actually worked well during the -35C cold snap we had here last week. I bought a "seat heater kit" from ebay for $80.00. It was really easy to install under the seat material and looks totally invisible (or factory installed) and works great. If its something you would be interested in doing I could PM you the info.

Well, 657 km's on a slush covered freeway = 2 cracked lenses

HTML Code:
We had them installed by the dealer but have dealt with 2 broken lens covers. I finally had enough and replaced the glass covers with lexan. Basically used a process similar to the one in this thread: http://www.8thcivic.com/forums/light...ement-diy.html. Why the heck would you use glass as covers for foglights that are so low to the ground? I am looking for bulbs that would match my HID's so any suggestions would be appreciated. The stock bulbs are too yellow.
I'll check out the the above link and go with "lexan" as well.

Cheers

Mike
