I had a new bumper, repaint, and replaced headlight for about $1000. Unfortunately the first shop I took it to couldn't get the paint right in two tries. I took it to a second shop to repaint it and it was acceptable.

My bumper was a little worse than yours. It was actually torn a little, but if you need your bumper cover replaced, along with the headlight, energy absorber and repaint, you're looking at about a thousand bucks.

In my area, bumper repaints go for roughly $600-$800.
It is typical for the bumper to be removed, resurfaced, primed and painted with the base and clear coat all in one shot.

I'm sorry but i really feel kinda lucky not to reside in your country,
fancy focking out US600 meaning almost 1k of my currency just for a simple paint job.
cause with my bodykit installed, i've to frequent the paint shop for repaint
as accident do happen in our multi storey parking lots which at time might be quite steep which my 5 inches front bumper (with addtional V-Lip)
might hit the ground during the decend
last count i've patronised my painter at least 10 times since installed my BK and the other addtional pieces.
each visit cost me around US75 in my neghbouring country malaysia or double in my own country
btw i wonder why do you need to change the headlamp if it wasn't damaged as mentioned earlier?
