Hacking the Navi

Hacking the Navi
Yes, it can be done:
http://guicide.com/cars/2006civic/nav/hacks/
The real question I want answered is whether we can hack it to get a bluetooth accessory plug-in (from Alpine?) and a (slightly less important) rear-view camera going here.
I love the navi, but it needs bluetooth. Bad.
Edit: Perhaps this unit could plug in? http://www.crutchfield.com/S-jiL6cKN...50&I=500KCA1BT

Re: Hacking the Navi
See my post here https://www.greenhybrid.com/discuss/...able.8823.html for a great Bluetooth car kit link. Problem is we are still waiting on the Navigation specific wiring harness to arrive. It is supposed to arrive in early Sept.

Re: Hacking the Navi
cherokee, I saw your link but didn't know about the navigation harness.
My main questions here have to do with whether any bluetooth kit will seamlessly integrate with the navi (the way it does on Acura models) or whether it will only be routed through the in-car audio.
The latter is far better than the former.
