What is the approximate cost for an authorized installer to do that?

Maybe I could park my car in front my condo holding up 1 lane, and plugging it the outside wall of my condo. But how long the charging/discharging process would take?

Not sure on cost. You might check with the HA website and see if they have one in your area. They may conduct it for you, but you'll be out time and money. SOME will offer just installing a harness and conducting the process without you having to buy the whole system.

At a minimum:
First charge: 24 hours
First discharge: up to 13 hours
Second charge: 24 hours

This morning, there were 2 nails on my front tire, I had it patched. But also, the AC is not working anymore, do you know what it can be?

In fact, even if I don't put the AC, the blower is not working. I checked the blower fuse and it's fine.

Blower motor has failed
Control unit has failed

Try all manual controls including manually setting the fan to full blast.

I saw this post on another forum: "Lower the glovebox, remove cabin filter, start car and set fan on at low speed. Reach in and spin white blades of blower fan and see if it will start running.
If the motor will start up and run with a spin to get it started then you need a new blower motor/fan assembly.".

So I followed it, the motor started up. A few hour later, I drive with the AC on with no problem. So I don't want to buy a new blower motor/fan assembly as long as it works.

So, failed blower motor. You can often find a spot below the dash you can whack to make it engage. Prius has a failure mode like this as well, but aftermarket blowers are only about $50, and they're a 20 minute job. No reason to not replace them. No idea what it takes on an HCH2, and I've replaced the expansion valve and an A/C compressor.

Youtube FTW:

I had ankle surgery on June 17th. I just restarted to drive. If I choose option 1: "Do nothing as it deteriorates and eventually fails. With inoperative IMA battery, you will not pass emissions if required in your area.".
When it fails, what happens? the car cannot drive anymore? In that case, do I have to replace the battery?
How long approximately before the battery will fail?
