New Car Headlight On Alert
Just got my HCH2, Fog this morning I didn't get an alarm to remind me that I could be in deep du-du.
Does the HCH2 have such an alert or do I have to add one?

Re: New Car Headlight On Alert
Do you have the 'deedely dee' chime when you leave the keys in the ignition and open the drivers door? The 'beep beep beep' chime when you leave you seatbelt unfastened?
They all come from the same box...not sure why you wouldn't have the 'ding dong' headlights on chime.
There is a hierarchy to the noises...if you leave the keys in the ignition with the door open and the headlights on, you'll only hear the 'deedely dee'. When you remove the key, you'll hear the 'ding dong'.
You won't hear either until you open the driver's door.

Re: New Car Headlight On Alert
You got me curious so I went out and turned the lights on with the door open. I did get a warning sound, but I disagree with caholla. I don't think it sounds like "ding dongs" at all. Sounds more like "twin-kies twin-kies".
