New PCM, no more Auto Stop

New PCM, no more Auto Stop
Hello everyone,
Long time reader, first time poster. Thanks for posting all the great info!
My HCH 2 recently went haywire in the middle of traffic, on the highway, during commute hours. It was awful, and kind of scary, since it shut down without warning and had all the terrible lights on, IMA, Brake System, Check Engine. I took it to the dealer and they concluded that the PCM module was bad, but luckily it was still covered by the emissions warranty. I got it swapped for free, and my car is running again.
Except Auto Stop no longer works — The car basically drives like it does during a cold start the whole time. A bit of googling found that a sensor could have been left disconnected, but everything looks fine under the hood.
Anybody know what the issue could be? Thanks in advance!

Re: New PCM, no more Auto Stop
Update incase anyone finds themselves in the same situation or via google:
1: I disconnected/reconnected the 12v battery
2: I followed the idle relearn process:
3: and the start clutch relearn procedure:
http://www.searchautoparts.com/motor...dures?page=0,1
The procedures didn't fix the process immediately, but I continued to drive the car normally for about 45 miles, and the car finally shuts off again during stop lights etc. In total it took about 100 miles of driving to get things back to normal.
I hope this helps!
