What is this steering sound? (video link)

Its most likely a tie rod according to mechanics on reddit. Ignore the last scene, as that clank sound is unrelated, and its just to show that the sound comes even if car is jacked.
On a side note: for whatever reason, the steering is more responsive and powerful when the front passenger side tire is at a lower pressure, then an even 32psi for both the fronts. Does this make any sense to any of you? Its for that reason I have the driver side front tire at 35psi and the passenger front at 30psi.
