Wheel Lock Variants

Wheel Lock Variants
I've noticed that there are two types of wheel locks available: "Locking wheel nuts" and "Locking wheel nuts (exposed)". Does anyone know the difference?
The reason I'm asking is because I currently have wheel locks on my stock wheels. However, I am getting Civic DX (steel) wheels and hubcaps for the winter, and am wondering if my current wheel locks will work with the new wheels/hubcaps.

Yeah, as long as there are no offset differences, you're fine. I don't know what the chances are of someone stealing steel wheels where you live is...but I guess a fresh set of tires is a fresh set of tires. Never hurts to be safe I suppose.

The chances are relatively high. The city I live in is usually near or at the top of the list of cities with the highest crime rates.
