A local dealer has a 2009 Civic Hybrid with Leather, Navi, heated seats, somewhat ugly atomic blue color. 17,000 miles on it. CPO. Dealers best price was $21,900. I think it is high. Please advice - what price should I counter with that woudl be reasonable? KBB does not list this car. Too new. It has about $400 worth of paint scratch in the front bumper - otherwise in good condition. Need advice ASAP! Thanks, N.

 

I do not know the value, but what I have seen in the local paper puts the used price near retail....there should be a decuction for high mileage (17k IS high for a 1 year old car) and don't understimate the cost of repairing the paint, a 1" scratch in my old Accord was bid out at an average cost of $630 (average of 3 shops).
