Does anyone use OBDII scanner on NAH?
Hi,
My 2007 NAH's "Service Engine Soon" came on couple days ago, I used my OBDII scanner to get the code, but the scanner display "error". I used this scanner many times before on others cars such as 1997 Honda CRV, 1996 Nissan 200SX, 2004 Acura MDX, and recently 2003 Nissan Altima non-hybrid.
I could easily get the codes for all cars listed above with no problem at all.
just wondering if hybrid car does not support OBDII scanner.
Any input?

I took the car to my mechanic friend, his scanner can read the code after he insert the California emission chip (looks like a daughter board). It was the front oxygen sensor. He clear the code for me, if it comes on again, I can order and replace the oxygen sensor myself.

i stand corrected though I guess i meant to say I was told Nissan uses the COnsult III to do adjustments; other options for reading stuff off teh ecm though do exist and yeah, sorry, via the OBDii port.
