Trying to find the problem . Has 161k miles. In live data voltage could be 14.5 then 18.5-19.0v across all 20 batteries. Would Motor 1 Generator cause over voltage or Defective battery.?

If you are able to capture all the 20 voltages of the battery pack modules, you'll be able to calculate the difference between the highest and lowest voltages at any given time. As you can see in my captured data, the voltage difference often exceeded 1V and even reached 3V a few times.

At parking with ignition on voltage difference between battery cells would be no more than 1.5v, lowest 13v highest 14.5v. when driving voltage difference would stay the same , but voltage would go up to 19v . and main voltage would fluctuate from 270-390v
