Just to keep you calibrated, I live in San Diego, so it is hilly, but even with a slight upgrade, I can get to 30MPH before the ICE turns on. It is VERY sensitive to "tip-in" (initial throttle application) when standing still, but past about two MPH, then it can take a little more throttle and swoosh (ok, that is a stretch) on up to 30MPH. I've been getting my best mileage yet this week, as I changed the oil to Royal Purple (yes, after years of being a nay-sayer, I bit the bullet), installed a K&N filter, added air to the tires (36PSI) and rotated them.

Averaging 22.6MPG this week, up 3MPG from all previous attempts.

Since changing the wheels I am getting 17-18 now. But the tires are taller so my speedometer is a bit off.

 

Mine is black with a cargo carrier sticking off the back. Someday I'll post a pic.

If you have taller tires, the dealer should be able to recal your speedo. Since they are taller you are going farther than the truck thinks you are.

Tell me the tire size and I'll tell you your real MPG.

 

I have only seen one other white one.

275/55-20 are what I am running now.

Is it ok to switch the wheels on the hybrid. do you have any recommendation since you had yours done.
