Default Wind powered sports car?

Call me skeptical but, how do they plan to guarantee the wind electricity will power the car if mroe than one is built? And if the wind electricity is used won't it just offset somebody else to using fossil fuel or nuclear electricity?

When I saw the title, Bob Lutz and Jermy Clarkson sprang to mind. But I think you are right to be skeptical.

A lot of the current performance car folks had 'a conversion' when fuel reached $4/gal. Try as they might, they've finally accepted that petroleum is limited. So to have a meal ticket, they are starting to think along the lines of what the next generation will be.

Guess the new car won't be wind powered.
