Default www.fueleconomy.gov hacked?

I was just checking the car listing in www.fueleconomy.gov and found curious listings for:
Roush Performance
Saleen Performance
Tecstar, LP
All three are listing some "F150" vehicle. Note, apparently these are remanufactured vehicles using propane or other alternate fuel systems.

There are some other manufactures I don't remember before:
BMW Alpina
Bugatti
Lamborghini
Lotus
Maserati
You find the cars listed have no photos. The changes were so great that at first I thought someone has hacked their site. Instead, they've expanded to include some alternative fuel vehicles. They now have a downloadable PDF file and these new vehicles were listed in the PDF too. That is more than a simple hacker attack.
