My usual dysfunctional Ford dealership wants $160 to change the engine coolant, and says they don't recommend routinely changing the M/E coolant. Owner's manual says to change both.

Has anyone changed both systems and is it a DIY type of service? Would I need to flush the systems or just replace coolant? And what do you think about only changing the engine coolant?

Thanks

Does anyone know if there is an engine block drain for the coolant? I want to get all the coolant out of the engine too, rather than just out of the radiator, but I'm not sure where it is. Does anyone know or have pics/PDFs that show where it's at?
I have a 2005 FEH
