Is it doable to swap Escape's Hybrid battery?

I saw a youtube video, a guy swapped his Prius's dead HV battery with a good used one. It seems very simple. Is it doable for Escape Hybrid? How heavy is Escape's HV battery?

Prius is a breeze - easy for one person to lift. Escape is a bit more challenging due to weight and bulk. Two people can do it. Better with an engine/tranny hoist due to bulk. I would estimate it at about 130# - comparable to a Lexus GS450h pack with 240 cells.

A better question might be, do you know you would be solving an issue by swapping in another HV battery, or would you be just throwing parts at a problem?
