My Clicking and Knocking Dash Issue

So I had a clicking and knocking coming from my passanger side. The clicking was more by the glove box and the knocking more by the passenger side of the front windshield. My car is 22 months old and has about 18K miles. I took it to my Ford dealership under warranty.

Of course the clicking sound ended up being the blend door actuator and the knocking sound was said to be a serpentine belt tensioner. Not too sure about the latter but both are being fixed. Any inputs on this? I see the belnd door is a known issue, but what about the tensioner at 18K miles?

Thanks and I hope this helps others in the future. FWIW, I have been just driving with the vent on about 67-72 degrees for the last 3 months (what can I say Vegas is too nice this time of year ;)).

I'm about to finally get what I assume is the blend door actuator fixed. Dealership says they need it for a few days b/c Ford has them document the whole process on warranty dash repairs w/ photos etc.
