That's where I bought my last oil. Was looking for gallon jugs, but only had the qts in 0w20.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought the priority, regardless what weight oil you used, was that it needed to meet the Ford 930 standard. Any time I've looked for oil, I can find the lighter weight stuff, but haven't found any of the 0W-20 that meets the 930 standard. Plus, as warm as it has been (I'm back and forth between GA and AL), I doubt that I would want something quite that thin. Of course, that wouldn't apply to you folks up north of the Line (Mason-Dixon, that is). :>)

Anyhow, someone with more experience on the oil side have more insight?

Used to be I could only find Mobil 1 0w20 along Interstate 80 and stores north of Interstate 80. I'm starting to find it in more and more places now, incl. stores north of Interstate 70.

It makes some sense not to stock it in the warmer climates, but there are some cars ( Honda Insight ) that use 0W20 all seasons in all geographic areas.

 

Found an O'Reilly Auto Parts in Minneapolis that had the 0w20 in the back room, but had the spin on filter, not the cartridge one that I needed so ended up with Microgard filters. Picked up 10 qts, but need to change in 2,000 miles.
