Tahoe Hybrid Movement in Park

I wonder if anyone else has experienced this. I was in the car wash with my son today and had the vehicle in park for approximately 5 mins when it moved forward approx 1 inch, vehicle was running. Just a note.:shade:

Nope, I've had it 'jump' when the motor starts to recharge, but don't think it actually ever moved on me.

Re: Tahoe Hybrid Movement in Park

Hi Ken, never had it move in Park. I have had it move when coming out of park or going into park with foot on brake. Especially when just starting and going from park to reverse. I am accustomed to having to put my foot on the brake to shift in the Prius so I do the same thing here. The peddle height on the brake actually changes when you start it as you are also starting the electric power brake booster as well. But you may remember my post a while back on being at a stop and having the vehicle move with foot on the brake. I have to put more force on the peddle than seems reasonable in those situations.
