2003 hch ima issues

I have a 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid. Issue that I'm having is I'm gettingD codes 1600 1562 I followed every procedure on fixing these toes and nothing works I purchased a battery in September the main Drive Unit. I think something might be wrong with the The Junction board. I did some research enchantment when you purchase an aftermarket battery they do not put all the heat sensors back in there should be 16 of them and I only have three will this be problematic for the MCM system or does it mean to be rude programmed to since that it does not have those 16 heat sensors?

P1562 has nothing to do with the battery.

P1562 is Motor Commutation Sensor B Circuit High Input.

Most common causes are:

Bad wire (open circuit)
Update or replace MCM
Bad drive sensor plate (requires transmission removal)
Bad motor commutations sensor (requires transmission removal)

There are not 16 temperature sensors.

There are 3 temperature sensors.

There is a PTC circuit where each stick has a PTC strip attached to it. This was discontinued by Honda mid year 2004. The code for this issue is P14XX indicating a mis-match between what the computer expects to see, and what the PTC circuit reports. If it's an old computer, it needs to see about 30Ω on the circuit. This is often accomplished by installing a resistor in the circuit. If it's a new computer, it expects to see open circuit. If it sees anything but an open circuit, it will code.
