Advice Needed

I've owned the 06 HCH for 7 years and currently it gets 35 MPG. I've done all the recalls and I live in Michigan where the winters really affect the MPGs. It only has 60k miles on it.

If I can get similar gas mileage in a car that I don't have to worry about replacing the battery pack for thousands for $, isn't the right move to trade it in for a similar gas-powered car?

I think Honda extended the IMA battery warranty period on our cars to 11 years and 170K miles so you have some time.

Sorry, just found this:
"Certain states it's 10 years/150k miles (Now 11y/170k): CA, NY, ME, VT, MA, CT. The remainder it was 8 years/80k miles, but have been extended to 9 years/92k miles"
