Apparently such a package does exist, but I can't remember the company that supplies it. A friend works for a service truck assembler and they do have a hybrid (battery) chassis available if a customer orders it. So far, they have built a small number, primarily service trucks for electrical utility companies. If I can find out the name of the supplier, I'll post it.
