Approaching the 2K member mark
 

Looks like GreenHybrid is fast approaching the 2,000 member list.

Hat's off and congradulations to Jason both for creating and maintaining this site.

Congradulations to the whole community here for making it a unique and friendly place to go on the wild WWW.

Now, if we could only get the non-participants active! Hey! We miss you'all more than you know! :D

This is very normal....on any given forum the number of active members rarely exceeds 10% of the total.

I'm about to start a general pet forum. What any forum should seek is a large number of active daily members. Building a forum is very difficult until 2-3 dozen members are participating sometime during the day. At that critical mass, growth is comparatively effortless.

I think GreenHybrid is approaching the critical mass as defined above. ;)

That's pretty true. It's been a long pull the past year and a half to get members active. Now, it's much easier to keep things going, but along with it comes an additional need for moderation and lots of people requesting different features ;) I'll take it, any day, though :)
