12V source near mirror for Camera dashcam
 

mayby anyone has
experience with connecting and mounting dashcam near mirror ??

i don't want to have mess with cables all over the car

i thing that will bo good idea to connect camera to etc. mirror

Yeah, if you were to have a self dimming mirror - dig out its connector under the headliner, it's actually quite easy to get to. Also, you have all the headliner lights etc.
I just ran mine behind the pass side sun visor and down behind the pillar A airbag cover. Can't even see it.

Yep, just checked on mine. It's center windshield below the mirrow, as I want to have as much front view as possible and all you can see is short "pigtail" from the back of the cam to the sun visor. About 3 inches.
