Shimming new headlight assembly
Hello,
Recently replaced my headlight seem lies for old were getting dull And was having to polish often. Old did not have adjusting screws and nether did new. On install a small metal horseshoe shapedshim fell off of car, and no idea where from. On new install right beam is too low, and I need to install th sim it no idea where. Any ideas? |

Your headlight assembly has a vertical adjustment screw. You will need to follow the headlight aiming instructions in the service manual to get them set correctly.

There is horizontal gear right on the medial headlight assey side with Phillips head. Shine light, you'll see it. That is vertical adjustment. Has no horizontal. Adjustment is super easy - stick Phillips screwdriver in and off you go.
