Just saw this on ebay
its a package 9 tideland for a 26,000 BUY IT NOW price
which means its under MSRP

the title claims its used but it has 7900 miles so...its definately a "used" car.

___Why would you pay $26,000 for a used 04 w/ 7,900 miles on it when you can pick up a new 05 package 9 for $26,300 or so with mats? You have been waiting for multiple months already so what’s the hurry?

___This whole limited production stuff reminds me of the VW Beetle, Nissan Murano, and PT Cruiser when they were first released. The Prius is holding onto the premiums for a longer period but the rush for a hybrid appears to be waning. A quick look at Edmunds --> New Cars --> Toyota --> Most researched models today and the Prius isn’t even in the top 5 anymore. Give yourself another few months and you should see better availability and pricing as more supply comes online and demand weakens somewhat.
