How to report spam/scam/abuse email

Subject says it. I got a private message from someone (who appears to be banned at this point) attempting to hit me with a Nigeria-type scam. How does one report this crap?

Yes, I banned him today after he was reported. You can contact me at https://www.greenhybrid.com/contact.php or via PM. Alternatively (and preferably), click the report button on the top-right of each post and all moderators will be notified.

Glad you got him already I was going to report him to you also, the one I recieved
was from a Soke11 in case he is using more than one username.
