Yes those are CA numbers using imperial gallons. The focus is on the more-meaningful L/100km numbers.

CDN test methods are different, as well, tending to skew hybrids high like pre-2008 US EPA...

No dates are available yet but it looks like Donlen put up some estimates. This is good info.

This is just a guess, but I think we could be looking at a situation where Ford still can't get parts...
