Exclamation 2005 FEH Stop Safely Now

Ok so this is not just another SSN thread. I have read and tried most of the common solutions already .

Lets get right to it . A squirrel chewed into the HV wire harness that runs across the engine from the DC/DC converter to Continuous variable transmission . Luckily only one of the wires was chewed through, the red one. Once I noticed this I put a bread tie between the two ends that where severed . I was then able to start the vehicle right up . So, I went to Auto Zone and got some 16g wire to replace the bread tie. This seemed to work , as I was able to drive around the block with not obvious issues . However , a day later I, went out to start the vehicle and got the now dreaded STOP SAFELY NOW prompt. Since then I have replace the DC/DC converter , removed the 16 g wire to connect the end directly together , and checked the MECS pump.

Symptoms:
SSN
No power to the Mecs pump
?? no ground two the Mecs pump relay ?? not sure about this one

Codes as followes
TCM - Transmission Control Module:
P0A0A-FF, High Voltage System Inter-lock Circuit
U0100-FF, Lost communication with the (PCM)
P1A04-FF, Generator Shutdown Circuit
P0562-FF, System Voltage Low
P1A03-FF, Drive Motor A Shutdown Circuit

EPS- Electronic- Controlled Power Steering:
U1900-FF, (CAN) Communication Bus Fault - Receive Error
B1318-FF, Battery voltage Low

IC:
B1318-20, Battery voltage Low
U1900-60, (CAN) Communication Bus Fault - Receive Error

GEM:
B1318-20, Battery voltage Low
U2023-60, Fault Received from External Node

BCM:
P0A27-60, Battery Power Off Circuit
P0A0A-20, High Voltage System Inter-lock Circuit
U0101-20, Lost communication With The (TCM)
P0A95-20, High Voltage Fuse
U0100-20, Lost communication with the (PCM)
P0AA6-60, Hybrid Battery Voltage System Isolation Fault
P0A8D-20, 14 Volt Power Module System Voltage Low
B1016-20, Jump Start Control Module Fault

I have check all internal and external fuses, none are blown. I checked relays, they are good, but the fuse box where the relay sits seem to not have ground for the first two furthest from the fire wall. I put a multimeter on the orange (high voltage) wire that runs across the engine , it doesn't have any power coming out

New :
Car battery and DC/DC Converter

PLEASE HELP !! slowly losing my mind

How's your 12V battery. Lots of codes in there that occur with low 12V.

It is good, just replaced it and had it tested by auto zone
