Thanks for your help.
If you haven't had the work done yet, could you program up the following xgauge and see what it reads? Assuming the BTC is still reading 1 or more.

TXD: 07451800FF00
RXF: 045810000000
RXD: 2010
MTH: 000100010000
NAM: DTC

Thanks!

My wrench light came on Tuesday. Going in tomorrow to the dealer. Code B1239 the famous HVTB cooling door. My scan tool (Snap-on Modus) was able to get live data and codes BUT these codes are in the hybrid systems section and not OBD II, as stated by others. I monitored the battery temp but saw no unusual temp rise. It might be the potentiometer in the motor that gives the position to the network may be faulty telling the system that the door is still closed when it is in fact open.

Looking through the posts I can't find anyone who stated this was an OBD-II code, but that is splitting a mighty fine hair anyways. The code is in fact a non-uniform DTC, and in the FEH it is set by the TBCM. The only OBD-II compliant modules in the FEH are the PCM and TCM, but all others conform to the OBD-II standards when forming their DTCs. Ironically, my neighbor had a problem with intermittent hot air blowing from the A/C in their Expedition, and they got no codes from an Autozone scan. I figured out the climate control module address and changed the 0745 in the TXD to 0733 in the DTC xgauge in my previous post. Lo and behold, they had a B1239 DTC set! Kind of funny, to me at least.

I have figured out the module ID's for most of the modules in my FEH, except for the 4WD module which my FEH doesn't have. Based on published data it might be 0761; maybe someone with an AWD FEH could program the DTC xgauge above with the 61 replacing the 45 in the TXD and see if it gets a response.

Using the DTC xgauge and changing the TXD one should be able to get all non-uniform DTCs using a scangauge. So far I have verified the Traction Battery, ABS, Instrument Cluster, and Power Steering modules respond to the DTC xgauge when the appropriate TXD is used. You have to decode the hex data into a DTC, though.

I entered this into a 2007 fwd and the code returned was 0192. I also entered the CMNDS 22497F and the response was 62497F40000000.

I have been having intermittent wrench icon/service soon. The bTC xguage had a 1 set in it. I think all this means I have a blend door failure.

If there is any testing of any xguage that you would like me to do before I repair it, let me know.
