At that point, I would have politely but firmly asked when my new, replacement, MMH is scheduled to arrive.

 

Yeah my wife actually spoke with the dealer and he started rattling off all the things wrong with my MMH, and then asked if we bought the MMH at their dealer. My wife said, "No, we would have bought it there, but the only dealer (out of like a dozen in our area) that had the MMH in the color and options we wanted was 50 miles away."

My wife sort of got the feeling that if we bought it there they might have worked out something with us... The car has <3,000 miles on it, so it's basically new. Although I swapped out the exhaust and air filter.

I just hope they get it fixed soon. Gas is back up to $3.29/gallon here.

 

Our FEH had a no-go situation that required it to be towed to a dealership within the first 100miles. They ended up replacing the main computer. You can search on my username and read the specifics.

Since that time we have had no other problems and really enjoy the FEH. Actually considering getttin another since my wife won't let me drive the one we have.
