Go to table view and list all BCM parameters except those that look like error codes.

Edit: Battery pack voltage seems to slowly be going up maybe one volt every 5-10 minutes, not sure if that's relevant. Was originally at 287 volts, now at 289.15

SoC of 3.00% is optimistic and wrong. It's dead empty. A HV battery sitting at 1.2V/cell (300V) is completely discharged. 288V is too low. It must be charged.

310V+ is the lowest reasonable voltage to expect the HV battery to be able to successfully start a healthy engine able to start. At 310V resting, you won't get many start attempts.

Good news is that DEL_MOD_V of 0.06V indicates you likely don't have any cell failures - they are all equally empty.

Discharge limit of 0W = it can't discharge the battery by more than 0W (no engine start)
Charge limit of 25750W = please charge me, I am so empty I'm imploding.

Time to order goodies and open your battery.

Is it possible something isnt reading correctly? The engine will pretty easily start, just won't stay running. Regardless, I get the feeling I've got a weekend project coming up with this thing.

I guess anything is possible, but this would be a first. I've never successfully started a FEH/MMH with the battery below 300V. I'm pretty shocked to hear it's spinning.

Here's a video of the throttle body while it's running. What's more weird to me is when I took the battery disconnect out and turned the ignition to on, I immediately got the stop safely now message, but with it in the message only shows up after the engine starts and does its rev sequence.

If the disconnect is out, you've broken a circuit that automatically triggers a fault.

Based on that video and the sound, the engine isn't firing and the HV battery is just spinning it.

How much fuel are you getting from the injector rail with key on/engine off?

Pretty solid stream, shot all the way to the other side of the engine bay.

So you're getting fuel to the rail.

Have you run through the crazy number of codes you got?

All went away after clearing and resetting besides P1000:00-2B, OBD Systems Readiness Test Not Complete and it just found P0562, System voltage low, but that's because the 12v battery is low. I've got it on a charger.
