Hybrid is mostly appreciated during heavy traffic with the engine is stopped and the a/c plowing cold air during a summer day.

Sorry I could not get this picture any smaller, This picture was taking in down town Amman. Amman has been inhabited by several civilizations. The first civilization on record is during the Neolithic period, around 8500 BC.

Your progression of auto stop, V8, V4 is correct. It almost always comes out of auto-stop into V8 mode, and even with a light foot, it will take a couple of seconds before it will drop back to V4. Remember, that engine is a generator for the 300V battery and a propulsion unit, so the behavior of the engine is not 100% related to the behavior of your right-foot. Sometimes it will just need to charge the battery and will do it as efficiently as possible, which is quickly and in V8 mode.

I am totally jealous of your reverse auto-stop and factory bluetooth!!!
