06-11 Civic Hybrid - Water leak beneath the car (near cat)
Hey chaps hoping someone could help me out with my HCH-II 2006
yesterday I was in the car with heaters on near full on idle for around half hour (parked), got out and found a small puddle underneath (half a glass), today I have jacked the car up turned her over and switched heaters on full and its leaking again, its not coolant as there is no smell nor any colour to it (crystal clear)
I can also say that this leak ONLY takes place when the heaters are on full!
I am hoping someone could put me at ease and its not something major... Cheers

Normal.
The defroster acts as a de-humidifier just like the air conditioner, and the evaporator condensation drains near the cat. I suspect that this is what you're seeing.
The drain is on the passenger side near the firewall.

Appreciate the quick reply bud, yes it is indeed on the passenger side it comes out of a hole which is sort of between the passenger footwell & under the hood (very awkward place), I am sure its been happening since day one as its normal its just on this particular occasion I was parked slightly slanted so more visible as it had run down...
