down here in palm bay they are going for almost exactly msrp though.
perhaps the target area is for the southeast , or florida as a whole. But here in palm bay -melbourne area they are very hard to find, but not so hard as to start an MSRP war. The guys we called all were trying to steer us away from the hybrid because many didnt have any on their lots.
perhaps the fellow who paid 5k over MSRP is normal for the area. They are a very hot ticket item in California.
