Well I finally got the part. Bought it at www.majestichonda.com. The part is - 06390-SRD-307 Speaker Kit. It comes with the ANC unit and the speakers. Bar10dah posted that you unscrew the 2 hex screws in the overhead light console, pull it down and its in there. I unscrewed and removed the hex screws but the console still seems to be held in there in the front end. I tried pulling it but I'm afraid its going to break. is there any other screw or something that needs to be removed?

ANC unit is located in another place.
It is behind HVAC-radio.
Check service manual for replacement procedure.
If you don't have manual there is Alldatadiy.com with very cheap subscription for one year.

 

Well I finally had a day to replace the ANC part on my 2005 Honda Accord Hybrid. It wasn't easy. I bought a Service Manual and it basically instructed me to remove most of the center console to be able to slide out the Radio/Nav display. The ANC unit is mounted to the back of that NAV (HVAC) section. I made a 3 part video that I posted on Youtube so that you could see the exact procedure.
