Perhaps a bit off track, and apologies if this is already in another thread I couldn't find, but has anyone else noticed that when getting close to the end of a tank, maybe 4 or 5 fuel bars left, the IMA recharge rate decreases significantly? It becomes hard even to keep the IMA meter at or near 2/3 full, even in conditions of traffic where it's constantly topped off. If it's a trend and not just my car, then it's certainly an argument against running a tank bone dry just to hit a numerical figure.

Michael, try turning your head lights on and see if it returns to normal.
