Good news is for prospective owners is that they have now raised it to $2,000 rebate.

4 months? Yikes! I just got my 06 HCH two weeks ago and was told by the dealer it's six to eight weeks tops.

Curious if you guys purchased your HCH II's in 05 or 06? I picked mine up on 2/15/06 and didn't file for the credit with my 05 taxes. I'll have to make some time to read up on the credit more.

I bought mine this Feb. The rebate I got was from Pennsylvania, and was not connected with income taxes.

You haven't missed anything yet. Since you bought in 2006, you'll get a credit on your 2006 tax return, which you will file in 2007.
