For Sale : 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid w/Nav $17,000
My wife and I are selling our '06 HCH-II w/nav to be replaced with an '09. The car is taffeta white with beige interior and is in awesome condition inside and out. Odometer is at 38,500 miles and 90% of that is low-speed interstate (speed limit 55mph on the interstates around here). We averaged 48-52mpg with this car all the time, and had a couple of 60mpg tanks. The only thing we have done with the car is change the stock speakers out to some Sonys. It just passed its November state inspection and has been cared for by myself. Driver's side window track was replaced under warranty (common on '06 MY), and any recalls were performed by the dealer.
All oil changes were done by myself where I used Mobil1 0W-20 and a Mobil1 filter. Air filter, CVT fluid (still have 3 quarts, will come with car), and cabin filters were also replaced by myself. Tires were rotated at every oil change. Car was also just aligned at the dealer, it was off by just the littlest bit. New wiper blade refills also. Oil life is at 80%.
The exterior is in great condition. There are only a couple tiny chips in the paint on the hood due to 90% highway miles. All four wheels are in excellent shape with no curb rash, and were thoroughly cleaned at each tire rotation (meaning I cleaned even the unseen parts of the wheel). One tire is 8k miles newer as it had gotten a screw in the crown and was not repairable. Spare tire is at correct PSI (just checked at last tire rotation), this is also where you'll find the wheel lock key.
The interior is flawless! Looks like it did the very first day we brought it home. Everything on the interior is in complete working order, and the navigation with these cars is just great...we used it way more than we thought we would have.
The only problem we had with the car mechanically was the motor rotation sensor was deemed bad and the dealer replaced the part with no luck. Car went back and they then replaced the MCM (motor control module). Car hasn't skipped a beat since and mileage never changed. We have ALL paperwork from dealer servicing as well.
