Buy the EV. I did a similar calculation myself last year. You get a new car, a warranty, interest rates are at all-time lows, and it will not need petrol or have any real ongoing maintenance. ICE vehicle may seem cheaper, but it will need constant care and repair over the life of the car (to say nothing of petrol). It will cost you much more over the long run and you'll be less satisfied with the experience. Go EV. I have a car payment now, too, but I'm so happy with my EV. No regrets at all.
