Now we're getting somewhere :-)
I can't seem to find where the "Add Phone" is located. I've been in the "Select telephone" but everything is greyed out except for the samsung phone that is already registered.
I think I may be just looking in the wrong place for "Add Phone".
I should have told you, I have TCH 2009 with NAV.

info->settings->telephone->bluetooth->register
You then get a PIN screen, go to your phone, search for handsfree devices and when prompted select the handsfree device and enter the PIN. That should do it. You should now see both phones in the TCH.

When I try "Register", the information for phone 1 registration comes up. I change the name and TCH appears to modify phone 1 registration. what do you think?

"appears"? Did you actually proceed with the registration process? Mine adds a new phone.
