I think not.
I love listening to the radio while parked waiting to get my kids from school or when I get home and I want to hear the end of a good song.
With a traditional keyed car, you can have it in aux mode to do so before taking the key out.
What is comparable with the TCH?

With the car OFF, and your foot OFF the brake pedal, press the start button one time for acc and two times for "ON" The car will not start.
Additionally, when you are out driving, and come to a place where one passenger will stay in the car for a short time and wants to listen to radio, or play with NAV, leave the shifter in D, then press the start button. Then put the shifter in park..voila! ACC position and car is off, and shifter is locked in park.

Press power once to turn car off. Press again (foot off brake) to turn on the ACC and power up the radio

Leave the car in drive or neutral, then hit the power button. The ICE/HSD shuts down, but the radio, power windows, and I think the fan still run. Put in Park, foot on the brake, and hit the power button again to "start" the TCH. Hit the power button a second time (while in Park) to power off the TCH if you want to leave.
Hint: if you can see the clock, the TCH is not powered off.
Don't leave the car as someone can start it when it is like this.
